Aimee El-Tobgy, MA
Founder & Integrative Human Potential Mentor
With more than 35 years of international experience across North America, Egypt, and Asia, Aimee brings together holistic wellness, psycho-spiritual exploration, human potential development, and decades of leadership experience. Her work is grounded in the understanding that each person is unique and that meaningful transformation begins by looking beyond symptoms or isolated challenges to understand the whole person.
Through individual sessions, assessments, experiential practices, workshops, and retreats, Aimee creates a supportive space for people to explore patterns, deepen self-awareness, reconnect with their inner resources, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and authentic expression.
